Questions worth a straight answer.

Will you run my sales team for me?

We build it with you, then hand it over working, and show you and your team how to run it. We don't become your sales team. That's the difference between Refrakt and a fractional CRO.

How is this different from hiring a fractional CRO?

Most fractional CROs start with pipeline cadence and CRM hygiene, without first checking whether you actually know who you're selling to and why. That's backwards. We start there, because it's usually the real gap, then build the process on top of it. And when we're done, you run it yourself. A fractional CRO usually keeps running it for you.

What if the diagnostic shows everything's actually fine?

Then that's the answer. We'll tell you where you're already strong and point you at the one layer that hasn't kept pace. Not every engagement starts from zero, and how fast you move through each stage depends on how mature you already are there, not on skipping any of them.

Why does the process always start in the same place, even for experienced founders?

Because the gap is rarely about experience. Plenty of founders who've run sales for years have still never had their whole team say the same sentence about who they sell to and why. If that's already locked for you, the diagnostic and workshop confirm it fast, and the clarity work is a short check rather than a rebuild. What changes with experience is how long each stage takes, not whether it happens.

Will you hand me a list of contacts to call?

No, and that's deliberate. Low-quality list-selling outfits hand over a spreadsheet of names and numbers that goes stale within months. We teach you the filters, the search logic and the tools so you can build your own target account lists, and rebuild them again whenever you need to. You end up with a skill, not a list.

What's an ICP?

Short for ideal customer profile: the type of business you're genuinely best suited to serve, not just any business willing to pay you. Most founders think they have one. Fewer can actually write it down in a sentence the whole team would agree on. That's usually where the real work starts.

Is this AI-run?

Refrakt uses a proprietary set of tools to move faster on research and intelligence. The judgement, the strategy, and the accountability are mine.

There's so much AI stuff out there right now. I don't even know where to start.

That's normal, and it's usually not actually a starting-point problem. Most founders don't need another platform recommendation, they need someone who can tell them where AI would genuinely earn its place in their commercial engine, and where it's just noise. That's a judgement call, not a shopping list, and it's part of what comes out of working with us. You walk away knowing what's actually worth building, and what you can safely ignore for now.
